Click “Create my account” and sign up with your email and a password. Open the confirmation link sent to your email, then log in again: sign-up resumes where you left off.

Enter your first name, last name and phone. The “Foot care nurse” profession is already chosen if you came from this page; otherwise, choose it from the list. You can also open “Your organization” to enter your clinic's name: without a name, the organization will use yours.
