You can request the deletion of your account at any time. To protect your medical data, every request is validated manually.
How to request deletion
Send us your request by email. The button below prepares a message with the information we need.
Request deletionProcessing time
Requests are processed within 5 to 30 business days. You receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Data deleted
The following data is permanently removed:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Audio recordings and transcriptions
- Clinical notes and associated medical data
- User preferences and settings
Data retained
In accordance with legal obligations, some data may be retained in anonymized form or for legal purposes:
- Billing data and transactions (tax compliance)
- Anonymized audit logs (regulatory compliance)
- Data required for ongoing disputes or claims
